IHF Announces Scholarships for the 2024/2025 Academic Year

IHF Announces Scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year

IHF place enormous value on end-of-life care, and loss and bereavement education.

Education is relevant to all who provide support to people facing death in hospitals, nursing homes and the community, as well as those who support people who are bereaved (e.g., nurses, doctors, GPs, social workers, bereavement volunteers, psychotherapists, chaplains, psychologists, physiotherapists, and frontline staff).

A small number of scholarships up to the value of €3,000 each are offered to applicants from acute, nursing home and community health sectors, including counsellors/therapists in private practice, as well as applicants from general voluntary community/sectors.

The closing date for applications is May 31, 2024. For further information about the scholarships, eligibility, and how to apply, visit: Scholarships in End-of-Life and Bereavement Care.
