What Is IHF Forum on End of Life 2024?
This year marks IHF’s 8th biennial national conference on dying, death and bereavement. Reflecting on the lessons of the last few years, IHF look forward to how we can shape our communities of care to better help one another to die and grieve well, wherever the place.
Tuesday, February 27 at Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, Dublin 2.
This year’s theme is ‘Dying and Grieving Well in Our Communities.’ Including keynote speakers, lightning round presentations, panel discussions, and parallel sessions to bring discussions to life in a practical and actionable way.
Death, dying and grieving happens in every setting, and we experience them in our communities of interest, as well as the communities we live and work in. IHF invite policy and decision-makers, professionals, researchers, funders, and community workers to attend and contribute to these ‘Courageous Conversations.’
