Fantastic Work Continues From Caru Group In CHO 5

Last week, Regional Lead Janet Tobin Martin provided onsite support to the Caru Groups in Abbeygale House, Wexford and  Kerlogue Nursing Home, Wexford. 

Abbeygale Nursing Unit Caru Group arranged a staff wellbeing morning and utilised the event to deliver a Caru Staff education session which resulted in the recruitment of new members onto their Caru Team. 

The Caru Group from Kerlogue Nursing Home held a similar education and recruited interested staff onto the Caru Group.

Both events were hugely successful and interested staff engaged with their Caru Groups, a lot of interesting and relevant conversation stimulated during both sessions, continuing the momentum of embedding the Caru Review Process into their organisations.
